Breakfast

  • 1/3 cup (uncooked) 9 grain cereal.
  • 1/4 cup berries
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk

Lunch

  • 1 lb steamed vegetables

Dinner

  • 1 lb Salad (spinach, lettuce)
  • 2 oz. Avocado
  • 1 cup black beans

Exercise

  • Run/walk 4.8 miles. Avg. 10:15 mile.
